Thermaline 450 EP (Epoxy Phenolic-Novolac Blend)
A high performance immersion-grade coating system which has excellent resistance to wet/drycycling conditions at elevated temperatures. It is typically used on hot steel substrates underinsulation operating continuously up to 400°F/204°C. It has excellent chemical resistance propertiesto handle the corrosive effects of wet insulation under thermal cycling conditions. This product isrecommended for CS-3 and SS-2 systems of NACE SP0198 Standard Practice for coatings tohandle corrosion under insulation (CUI).

Carboguard 893 MIO (Cycloaliphatic amine epoxy)
High build, high solids epoxy MIO primer / intermediate or finish coat. Can be over coated. with two component and conventional coatings even after long weathering period.

Phenoline 1205 Amine-Cured Novolac Epoxy
Glass flake-filled coating with dense cross-linking that exhibits excellent overall chemical resistanceto a variety of aggressive chemicals. Glass reinforcement provides added abrasion resistance,permeation resistance and internal reinforcement. 1205 exhibits very good acid resistance.Excellent for use as a lining for tanks or pipes in process facilities where hot water or abrasiveconditions exist.

Carbomastic 615 Phenalk amine epoxy

Thiscoating exhibits outstanding moisture and surface tolerance during application, low temperaturecure capability, and very fast cure response for quick return to service. It contains an inert flakereinforcement (micaceous iron oxide) to enhance film strength and performance. This product isideal for industrial or heavy duty marine environments for the protection of steel against salt ladenenvironments.

Thermaline 1248 Single pack silicone acrylic
A protective coating for medium to high temperature service where colour is required. The coatingwill withstand thermal shock from 204°C to 0°C and temperature surges to 260°C. Exhibitsexcellent weathering properties, thereby making it suitable for use as a topcoat in coastal and harshindustrial environments. Heat cure above 150°C is recommended and will impart added strengthand integrity to the coating.

Thermaline 1248E Heat resistant synthetic aluminium paint
A two pack medium to high temperature resistant coating that withstands temperatures up to250°C. For the protection of the exterior of equipment such as stacks, cat crackers boilers,heat exchangers and other steel surfaces which operate form 200- 250°C.

Carbothane 8845 is a fast dry, high solids, low VOC, high gloss, high build, two componentpolyurethane coating. Carbothane 8845 exhibits the excellent dry times and handlingcharacteristics required by Original Equipment Manufacturers. This coating has outstandinghardness, adhesion and resistance to: impact, marring, abrasion, chemicals and staining.Carbothane 8845 is recommended as a direct to metal finish coat or as a finish coat over properlyprimed substrates. Typical applications include air compressors, propane tanks, trailer chassis andframes, valves, pumps, waste water treatment plant equipment, agricultural equipment, hazardousmaterial storage buildings and general industrial equipment. Not recommended for continuousimmersion service.

Cycloaliphatic Amine Epoxy with Glass Reinforcement
A glass reinforced chemically resistant epoxy coating with wide versatility in all industrial markets. Itis self-priming. Glass reinforcement improves internal film strength, hardness, impact, and abrasionresistance. It is often used in severe service (above or below the water line) in marine applicationswhere these resistance qualities are desired.

Plasite 4301 HT PDS Novolac epoxy vinyl ester
This high performance glass-flake filled coating was designed for application over steel orconcrete in extreme chemical exposures. It is resistant to a wide variety of aggressive chemicals,including organic and inorganic acids, most alkalies, and many solvents. It is ideally suited forimmersion service as internal steel tank linings, as well as for aggressive chemical splash, spill,and fume exposures on structural steel. Typical uses include steel tank and vat linings, secondarycontainment, structural steel, process floors, grating, sumps and trenches, scrubbers, and clarifiers.

Thermaline 4001 
Inorganic polymer (inert multi-polymeric matrix)
conditions at elevated temperatures. Film is internally reinforced with a combination of aluminumand micaceous iron oxide (MiO) flake for superior barrier and thermal shock resistance. While it istypically used to protect steel substrates under insulation operating up to 1200°F/649°C, it can alsobe used on non-insulated steel surfaces. It can handle cryogenic exposures and will cure effectivelyat ambient conditions to provide corrosion protection without additional heat curing. It has excellentchemical resistant properties to handle the corrosive effects of wet insulation under thermal cyclingconditions. This product is recommended for CS-6 and SS-5 systems of NACE SP0198 StandardPractice for coatings to control corrosion under insulation (CUI).

Carbothane 137HS 
Self-priming anti corrosive aliphatic acrylic polyurethane
Carbothane 137 HS is a fast-drying, high build, two component polyurethane coating which exhibitsexcellent dry times and handling characteristics required by Original Equipment Manufacturers. Hasexcellent UV resistance and good corrosion resistance in direct to metal applications for C1 to C3environments, over primers for C4 to C5 environments.
