ALTIC HR 100 Heat Reflective Paint SRI (Glass Coating)
The heating in sunlight is mainly due to radiation. Conduction and convection are secondary which transfer such generated heat.o Conventional insulating products are designed to prevent conduction and convection.o ALTIC HR 100 is the only product which takes the care of radiation.o The paint contains Imported Ceramic Microspheres which are used by N A S A for making tiles to cover space shuttles for thermal insulation and which are hollow and having vacuum inside.o These microspheres reduce the heat generation due to radiation considerably and also help reducing conduction and convection.o Being ceramic, they are inert and do not take part in any reaction with paint.o These microspheres are dispersed in water base acrylic latex paint to achieve the weather resistance, U V Resistance, total waterproofing effect and getting the elastomeric effect.o Being elastomeric it takes the care of expansion and contraction of the surface on which it is applied. Also after application of this, any conventional waterproofing is not required to the building.o Since it is always visible on the top, any damage to it due to drilling, hammering, or chipping can be repaired there only.o Acrylic latex and special type of additives makes the coating very hard to take the wear and tear of the terraces easily.o It can be applied on Concrete, G. I. Sheets, as well as Asbestos sheets and to the exterior of the building.o It is mainly suggested for Roofs, Walls, Freezer vans, or any surface needing heat insulation.

ALTIC 090 WATER BASE FIRE RETARDANT PAINT FOR GYPSUM BOARD and WALL
This Fire retardant water base intumescent coating paint; Anti Halogen and asbestos free for metallic surface for interior use.

Suitable on all type of surface. Simply prepare the surface and apply ALTIC FR PRIMER solvent base on metal and water base on cement walls. Then apply seven coats of ALTIC 090 FR FOR WALL/JIPSUM BOARD with four hours interval between coats. It can be tinted by universal strainers. Then Two coats of ALTIC FR TOPCOAT for humid areas and for long life. In case of fire, the surface should be repainted.HOW IT WORKSIt forms foam when temperature reaches 200 degrees Celsius. This foam is heat and fire resitant and almost non conductive. This keeps the surface away from heat and hence does not allow the surface to receive or conduct the heat in other areas. Also, since this foam form a charred layer, it does not allow oxygen to reach to the surface over which it is applied. Hence it protect the surface from catching fire.

ALTIC ANTICORROSIVE EPOXY COATING
UGAM ANTICORROSIVE, EPOXY COATING FOR EXPOSED STEEL
ALTIC ANTICORROSIVE EP product is used in outdoor areas of exposed steel. ALTIC ANTICORROSIVE EP provides very good weather resistance for protection of steel. Once used this does not need re application for about ten years. ALTIC ANTICORROSIVE EP also is useful over concrete surfaces near water like bridges or in heavy rainfall areas. Bridges, flyovers are coated with ALTIC ANTICORROSIVE EP. Multi-storey buildings are also coated with ALTIC ANTICORROSIVE EP. ALTIC ANTICORROSIVE EP has excellent U V resistance, chemical resistance and temperature resistance up to 140 degrees C. This can be applied to 100 microns thickness in one coat with airless spray or brush.
How to use: ALTIC ANTICORROSIVE EP is easy to use. First prepare the surface with shot blasting in case of steel, high pressure water spray with minimum 300 bar pressure for concrete. In case high pressure machine is not available, wash with soap water and wire brush scrapping. Apply ALTIC PRIMER FOR EPOXY with brush, spray or roller. It is two pack system which need mixing of base with hardener in given ratio. After mixing of base and hardener, ALTIC THINNER FOR EPOXY need to be added to achieve required viscosity as per application procedure. Allow it to cure overnight. Apply ALTIC ANTICORROSIVE EP first coat with brush, spray or roller as required. Since this is also two pack system, it also requires mixing of base with hardener in given ratio before application. After mixing of base and hardener, ALTIC THINNER FOR EPOXY need to be added to achieve required viscosity as per application procedure. Allow it to cure overnight. Then apply second coat of ALTIC ANTICORROSIVE EP by again mixing base+hardener+thinner as above. The surface will be ready to use after 48 hours of final coating.

ALTIC 011 FR Vermiculite Coating
ALTIC 011 VERMICULITE is available in Internal and External Grades.ALTIC011 VERMICULITE InternalGrade is packed in 25 kg bags, SINGLEPACK. It should be mixed with water and then the powder should be added andmechanically stirred to form smooth paste.Prior to the application of ALTIC011, an inspection shall be made to determine that all steel surfacesare acceptable to receive fireproofing. The steel shall be free of oil, grease, rolling compounds or lubricants,loose mill scale, excess rust, no compatible primer, lock down agent or any other substance that will impairproper adhesion. Where necessary, the cleaning of steel surfaces to receive fireproofing shall be theresponsibility of the general contractor.ALTIC 011 VERMICULITE Internal Grade should be sprayed at a nominal dry density of 400 - 420 kgs/m³,and External Grade at a nominal dry density of 750 - 800 kgs/m³.The material should be stored in a dry, Ventilated area, off the ground, under cover. When stored under good,dry conditions the sacks can be held for up to twelve months.All material to be used for fireproofing shall be delivered in original unopened packages bearing the name of themanufacturer, the brand and proper for fire hazard and fire resistance classifications. The material shall be kept dry untilready for use. Packages of material shall be kept off the ground, under cover and away from sweating walls and otherdamp surfaces. All bags that have been exposed to water before use shall be discarded. Stock of material is to be rotatedand used before its expiration date.

Applied on doors, windows, wall paneling, false ceilings, fiber board tiles to render them fire resistant to class 1 surface spread of flame as per BS-476 part 7.
